The availability of a particular service may depend on the relevant government department, authorized service provider, certification authority, bank, insurance company or other third-party platform.

2. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents required for the requested service.

We are not responsible for delays, rejection or errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated or misleading information provided by the customer.

3. Documents and Verification

Certain services may require identity documents, photographs, signatures, mobile numbers, email addresses or other supporting documents.

The customer must provide genuine and valid documents.

We may refuse to process a request if the information or documents appear incomplete, invalid, inconsistent or unsuitable for the requested service.

4. Digital Signature Certificates (DSC)

DSC services are subject to the terms, verification requirements and policies of the applicable Certifying Authority.

Issuance, renewal, approval, suspension or rejection of a DSC may depend on the relevant Certifying Authority and verification process.

We do not guarantee approval or issuance of a DSC where the application does not satisfy the applicable requirements.

5. USB Tokens and Software

USB Tokens, drivers, utilities and other software may be supplied or provided for use with supported services and devices.

Customers should use the correct driver or software for their device and operating system.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible software, unauthorized modification, misuse of a device or installation of software obtained from an unauthorized source.

6. Government and Third-Party Services

Some services available through our website or service center are processed through government portals, authorized platforms, banks, insurance companies, Certifying Authorities or other third parties.

Final approval, processing time, fees, eligibility and service availability may be determined by the respective authority or service provider.

We cannot guarantee the outcome or approval of an application where the final decision is made by a third party.

7. Service Processing Time

Processing time may vary depending on the type of service, document verification, technical availability, government portals, banks, Certifying Authorities or other third-party service providers.

Any estimated processing time provided by us is only an estimate unless specifically stated otherwise.

Delays caused by government portals, technical problems, verification procedures or third-party providers may be outside our control.

8. Service Charges and Prices

Service charges may vary depending on the service, applicable government or third-party fees, processing requirements and other relevant costs.

The applicable price should be confirmed before payment.

Where applicable, government fees, third-party charges, taxes or other statutory charges may be included separately or as part of the total amount.

9. Payments

Payments may be accepted through available payment methods such as UPI, bank transfer or other payment facilities offered by us.

Customers should verify the service name, amount and payment details before making payment.

We will not ask customers to share confidential credentials such as UPI PIN, ATM PIN, CVV, banking password or OTP.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the nature and stage of the service.

Services that have already been processed, submitted to a government portal, Certifying Authority, bank, insurance company or other third-party provider may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law or where we specifically agree otherwise.

For services that have not yet been processed, a cancellation or refund request may be considered subject to the applicable refund policy.

Any applicable refund will normally be made through the appropriate payment method after verification.

11. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing correct information and genuine documents.

• Checking all details before submission.

• Keeping their mobile number and email address accessible.

• Keeping confidential credentials secure.

• Following instructions provided for the relevant service.

• Reviewing the final application or information before submission where applicable.
